Cafe Supervisor / Cook for The Barefoot Cafe

Are you great at making interesting salads, tasty sarnies and fresh smoothies?
We’re looking for a hands-on Cafe Supervisor/ Cook who can keep the very busy and newly renovated Barefoot Cafe at Yellowave Beach Sports Venue, running smoothly.

Salary: £17K per annum with 28 days holiday including bank holidays (majority to be taken in winter).

Reporting to venue management the role includes:

Making simple, fresh and healthy food.
Managing stock levels.
Planning staffing levels and rotas.
Training and running a team of young dynamic staff.
Delivering BBQs to large groups.
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & all relevant records.
Assisting management in costing menus and negotiating supplier prices / reducing overheads.
Working as part of a bigger team to keep the whole venue running smoothly.
Must be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
