Footvolley, a new sport from Brazil, is two-a-side beach volleyball played with football skills although it can be played with more in a team.
It has similar rules to volleyball however the ball can be passed with any part of the body except the arms and hands. It originated on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in the 1960's and helped legendary Brazilian players like Romario and Ronaldinho hone their skills as youngsters.
It has since become an increasingly popular sport across the world and is fantastic fun to play. It is non-contact and therefore can be played by both genders and all ages.
